Before grinding, according to the dimensions and precision of the workpiece to be ground, the magnification of 20 and 50 times is used to describe the film on the drawing. When grinding, install the magnified picture on the light screen, and use the optical projection magnification system of the grinder to image the shadows of the processed parts and the grinding wheel on the light screen. Then operate the grinding head to move longitudinally and laterally, so that the cutting edge of the grinding wheel is ground along the shape of the workpiece until the contour of the workpiece image coincides with the line of the enlarged image, and the grinding process is completed. When performing profile grinding on an optical curve grinder, due to the limitation of the size of the light screen, generally only workpieces of 20MM*25MM can be ground. When the size of the workpiece exceeds this limit, segmental grinding should be used, so the enlarged picture should be in accordance with a certain The reference line is drawn in sections, and the reference line is connected to each other during profile grinding.
